The city exchange between Rosario, Argentina, and Cali, Colombia, took place from July 28th through 31st, 2025. It was attended by a delegation from Fundación Alvaralice from Cali, Colombia, representatives from the Foro Regional de Rosario, and representatives from the Municipality of Rosario, all of which are members of Peace in Our Cities (PiOC).
Through site visits facilitated by the city of Rosario, a training on conflict mediation facilitated by Fundación Alvaralice, and connections made by the Foro Regional, this city exchange was able to identify a community of practice amongst the community mediators already working in Rosario and strengthen ties between the organizations that participated and Peace in Our Cities.
